By registering for, accessing, or using the Nolwazi AI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the service immediately. Our services are intended for learners within the Republic of South Africa.
2. Nature of Service
Instant digital educational support.
Nolwazi AI is an educational platform providing real-time digital content and tools. While we strive for absolute CAPS-alignment, our services are provided for supplementary educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific academic results or outcomes.
3. User Obligations & Conduct
Security and prohibited activities.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Strict Prohibition: You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer our software, scrape content, or interfere with platform operations.
- Termination: Any violation of these conduct rules will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account without notice.
4. Payments & Digital Wallet
Instant billing in South African Rand.
Access to premium features is granted via subscriptions or credits. Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party gateways. Nolwazi AI does not store your full banking credentials on our servers. All transactions are billed in advance in South African Rand (ZAR).
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Summary of digital and tangible terms.
Our policy covers both our digital platform and physical goods:
- Digital: Due to the nature of instant AI processing, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Physical: Stationery may be returned within 7 business days if unopened.
6. User Content (Scans & AI Data)
How we handle your study material.
Scanned Work: When you scan notes or textbook pages, we process this data only for the duration of the active session to provide help. We do not persist or store these documents in our long-term database.
7. Limitation of Liability
Safeguards for the business.
To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, Nolwazi AI (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including academic failure or loss of data, arising from the use of our digital services.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gauteng.
