By accessing Nolwazi (the "Platform"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws in the Republic of South Africa. Nolwazi AI (Pty) Ltd provides this service to support learners across the national curriculum.
2. Educational Services
AI accuracy and advisory disclaimers.
- AI Accuracy: While trained on CAPS materials, AI may occasionally provide incorrect info. Use it as a study aid, not a primary source for exams.
- Professional Advice: Content from \"Justice Nolz\" or \"Nolwazi Mentor\" is for educational purposes only and is not legal, medical, or psychological advice.
3. Wallet & Payments
Transparent billing and credit rules.
- Wallet Top-ups: Add balance via Yoco (Card) or OTT Vouchers (Cash).
- No Data Storage: For your protection, bank card details are never stored on our servers. Transactions are tokenized by Yoco.
- Finality: Top-ups and subscriptions are non-refundable once credits (Chars) or access (Minutes) have been utilized.
4. Usage Credits (Chars)
Managing high-cost AI resources.
Every interaction utilizes "Characters" (Chars). Daily limits are based on your plan. These limits reset daily at 00:00 SAST and do not roll over to the following day.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Strict safety rules for all learners.
- Generating hateful, violent, or sexually explicit content.
- Attempting to \"jailbreak\" or reverse-engineer AI models.
- Sharing account credentials to bypass daily character limits.
6. Limitation of Liability
Business safeguards.
Nolwazi AI (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for academic failures or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your current monthly subscription.
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be settled in the competent courts of South Africa.
