3. Payment Security (360° Protection)

We prioritize the security of your financial transactions using industry-leading partners:
- Yoco (Card Payments): Your details are handled directly by Yoco via their secure gateway. Nolwazi AI never stores, sees, or transmits your full card number, CVV, or expiry date.
- OTT Voucher (Cash Recharges): We process voucher PINs solely to verify and credit your Nolwazi Wallet. PIN history is not stored beyond auditing requirements.
4. Data Retention & Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We only share information with essential service providers like Firebase (Google Cloud) and our payment partners (Yoco/OTT) to maintain service functionality. We retain your learning history only as long as your account remains active.
