Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Services (Nolwazi AI)
Instant access and AI processing.
Due to the nature of instant digital delivery and the high processing costs of Generative AI, all subscription and token purchases are final once added to your profile. We do not provide refunds for partial billing cycles or unused tokens. In the event of a documented technical failure that prevents access to the service for an extended period, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a pro-rated credit for future use.
2. Tangible Goods (Stationery)
Physical items and returns.
  • Returns & Exchanges: You may return stationery items within 7 business days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • Defective Goods: If an item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or does not match the description provided, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund as per the Consumer Protection Act. Please notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt.
  • Exclusions: We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
  • Shipping Costs: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is defective, Nolwazi AI will cover all reasonable collection and replacement costs.
3. Cancellation Policy
Ending your service or order.
  • Subscription Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
  • Order Cancellations (Stationery): You may cancel a stationery order before it has been dispatched for delivery. Once the order has been handed to our courier, it can no longer be cancelled and will be treated as a return after delivery.
4. Process
How to initiate a request.
To initiate a return or report an issue, please contact our support team at support@nolwaziai.co.za. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic proof if the item is damaged. All valid refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 15 business days.
